Retreat…or Reset

Welcome for an active pause, a transformative experience that empowers you to reach your full potential. You are invited to explore the different parts of your being through a range of practices promoting your physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being.

You are invited to embark on a transformative journey of body, mind, and soul. Life is full of changes, sometimes welcomed, sometimes not. And from time to time it can be overwhelming to manage everything and we might even lose our footing. The intention behind Reset is to create a supportive space to go deeper and listen within for our authentic voice, embrace change, let go of performance, of demands and maybe even find or rediscover yourself.

This retreat is designed to help you embrace changes and shifts, whether they are external or internal, big or small. By giving yourself time to settle and look at things from a different perspective, you can see and hear more clearly, and find greater clarity and inner peace. Whether you’re looking to navigate a major life transition, find a new direction, or simply reconnect with yourself, this retreat provides a safe and supportive space for you to do so. Join in on this journey to enhance the authentic you and find balance in your life.

Reset – the practices

Breathwork, yoga, meditation, energy medicine and other spiritual rituals, will help us curiously explore. Let go of what has been, enjoy what is, and look forward to where you are going.

Breathwork
Access and regulate nervous systems: parasympathetic & sympathetic through techniques like dynamic and active meditation. Cleanse, heal, ground and create clarity.

Words of a past student

“I am so happy and grateful for this weekend and the energy and direction it has given. (…) I leave with enhanced power ao embrace change and to explore. I feel more curious than ever.
