Join an amazing 5-day breathwork training in the magical nature in Skåne, Sweden. You’ll learn everything you need to start practicing Breathwork as a healing modality, for yourself as well as for others. This retreat will also dive into chakra balancing and the magic of earth-based rituals and ceremonies.

Dive into the realm of ritual and ceremony and develop a deeper connection to the sacred within you and everything around you. During this training, we will dive into the science behind breathwork while also unlocking the mysteries of our energy centers, known as chakras, and discover how to harmonize them.
The breathing technique is a simple yet profound 3-part breathing pattern. Inhale deeply into the lower belly, then rise to the upper chest, and finally release into a relaxed exhalation. We’ll explore other calming breathwork techniques perfect for opening and closing ceremonies and calming our nervous system
Those aspiring to become Certified Ceremonial Breathwork Instructors will have the chance to lead 10 post-training breathwork sessions for friends, family, or their community as well as embark on my level 2 training.

Picture seven vibrant energy centers within you, like powerful spinning wheels influencing your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being – these are your chakras. When balanced, they create a wonderful energy flow. Yet, many experience imbalances, leading to confusion, low energy, and even depression.
Now, envision awakening these chakras through special techniques like activation sounds, breathing methods, and specific movements. By doing so, you direct energy positively, fostering more positivity, peace, clarity, high energy, joy, balance, passion, and zest for life.
Nina Medicina Nina Medicina, a herbalist, cacao and breathwork facilitator, owns The Wild Meadow sanctuary, where the retreat will be held. With years of experience, Nina passionately shares sacred herbs, plants, and transformational breathwork. She has studied at The Gaia School of Healing and The School of The Sacred Wild. Currently, she’s enrolled in an 18-month herbal medicine program with Dr. Aviva Romm. Nina holds certifications as a holistic health coach, 200 YTT AMBA women’s embodiment teacher, breathwork teacher (trained by David Elliott), and sound ceremonialist (from Sound Ceremony Academy). Her profound experiences with plant medicine, permaculture, and healers worldwide reaffirm her belief in nature as the ultimate medicine.

You will be staying in one of our beautiful rooms, either singel or shared 2-3 people.
Food
We will eat healthy and nourishing vegan dishes using highly nutrient superfoods and only high vibe ingredients. We will drink epic herbal elixirs, smoothies and of course expect a lot of ceremonial cacao.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your spot we will keep a cancellation and admin fee of 1000 sek. If you cancel less than 21 days before the start of the retreat you will get 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before we start the retreat you will not get a refund unless you are sick and can prove that with a doctors letter (not valid from an online dr). If you need to cancel last minute due to unpredicted reasons like illness of you or your children you can move your investment to a future retreat.

- Easiest is to drive and we can help to arrange carpool (samåkning)
- Coming from Malmö you take the train to Bromölla and then Bus to Näsum k:a and I can pick you up there at a pre- decided time (so everyone will come with the same bus)
- Coming from Stockholm you take the train to Hässleholm and we can arrange pickup with taxi or pick up from someone coming that direction. Depending on time I might be able to pick you up- Price is then 1000 sek one way.

I am all about healthy, clean food with as local and organic ingredients as possible. I work with some magical chefs and food is always a bit different depending on season and theme of the retreat but rest assure the food is always magical and if any allergies or special requests just let me know in advance.
Normally we have tea, smoothie or light meal in the morning to not be full for our morning breathwork practice, then a more heavy meal for lunch and yummy soup and bread for dinner.
